Beverly Hills was a suburban line of the Pacific Electric Railway. It was opened in 1909 by the Pasadena and Pacific Railroad and taken over by the Pacific Electric in 1911. The route terminus switched over to the Subway Terminal Building in 1926. The line was built and operated by the Los Angeles Pacific Railroad. On March 19, 1906, an agreement was reached to sell all the Los Angeles Pacific Railroad lines for $6 million to Henry Huntington’s Pacific Electric Railway.
