Carl Cecil Cain (born August 2, 1934) is a retired American basketball player who competed in the 1956 Summer Olympics. Born in Freeport, Illinois, Cain played collegiately at the University of Iowa. Cain was a key component of the success the University of Iowa men's basketball team realized during his playing career including reaching the Final Four in 1954-1955 and the Championship Game in 1955-1956.
