The Center for Political Technologies (CPT) is one of the oldest independent think-tanks in Russia. Qualifications of the CPT team combine diverse areas and expertise, including politics, sociology, psychology, public relations, marketing, and advertising. CPT has a permanent staff of 70 people working in 13 departments, led by Dr. . It also attracts part-time experts "on project basis".
