Jaime Omar García (born July 8, 1986) is a Mexican professional baseball pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball (MLB). The Cardinals drafted him in the 22nd round of the 2005 MLB Draft from Sharyland High School in Mission, Texas, and he made his MLB debut with the Cardinals in 2008.A member of the 2011 World Series championship Cardinals, García has struggled with injury throughout his career, reaching 100 innings pitched in just three of five seasons since 2010.
