Juan Pablo Ángel Arango (born 24 October 1975) is a retired Colombian footballer who last played for Atlético Nacional in Categoría Primera A.He began his career at Nacional, whom he helped to win the championship in 1994, and then moved to River Plate of Argentina, where he was the league's top scorer in 2000. The following year he moved to Europe, joining Aston Villa of the Premier League for a club record £9.5 million.
