Hatam Mohammed Alir al-Sami (June 5, 1951 – September 14, 2011) was an Iranian terrorist, mostly known for being a planner of the September 11 attacks, along with Osama Bin Laden. On November 1, 2000, A video of bin Laden and al-Sami was taken at bin Laden's hideout in Afghanistan. The tape was found on May 4, 2011, while authorities were searching bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
