John Drummond (1676 – 20 December 1742) was a Scottish banker, merchant and politician.He was the third son George Drummond of Blair Drummond, Perthshire, and his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Sir Gilbert Ramsay, 1st Baronet, from Bamff in Perthshire.In 1691 he moved to Amsterdam, where he became a successful merchant and banker.
