He finished his playing career as a fan favourite player for the Guildford Flames in the English Premier Ice Hockey League (EPIHL) where he played an integral part in winning double season and cup English Premier Ice Hockey League (EPIHL) championships.Sharp was a fan favourite enforcer during his playing career.
