Chad Zdenek (born 1975 in Northridge, California) was a host of the 2010 television series It's Effin' Science. Zdenek is the eldest of five siblings. He grew up in Los Angeles and resides in West Hills, California. Zdenek's background in engineering began at Loyola Marymount University when he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1997. After graduation, he worked for Boeing in the Space Shuttle Main Engine group focusing on liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen turbo machinery.
