FK Bohemians Prague (Czech: FK Bohemians Praha), formerly known as FC Střížkov Praha 9, was a football club from Střížkov, Prague, Czech Republic. After losing the battle of the naming rights, their owner Karel Kapr took the decision to disband the mens side of the club. Most of the players have been transferred to SK Třeboradice. The club will continue with an adult women's team and junior male and female teams.The club won the Bohemian Football League in the 2006–2007 season.

In 2011 the club won the Bohemian Football League again and was promoted to the Czech 2. Liga.
