James Gerard Spanarkel (born June 28, 1957 in Jersey City, New Jersey) is an American television analyst for the Brooklyn Nets on the YES Network and College Basketball on CBS and a former professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers and the Dallas Mavericks. He played college basketball for Duke University, where he was an All-American.
