Katerina Vladimirovna Tikhonova (born August 31, 1986) is an academic who is rumored to be the daughter of Vladimir Putin. She is the director of two inititiatives at Moscow State University, the National Intellectual Development Foundation (NIDF) and the National Intellectual Reserve Centre (NIRC). She is also the director of Innopraktika, a $1.7 billion development project to create a science center at Moscow State University.
