Magdi Abdelghani Sayed Ahmed (Arabic: مجدي عبد الغني سيد أحمد‎; born 27 July 1959), known as Abdelghani, is an Egyptian retired footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. He is mostly known for being the sole goal scorer in Egypt's 1990 World Cup Campaign. He played most of his professional career with Al-Ahly and Beira-Mar.
