Milan "Musa" Bjegojević (August 9, 1928, in Prnjavor - October 2, 2003 in Belgrade) is a former Yugoslav basketball player and coach. Best known for many years of playing at Crvena Zvezda. In the red-and-whites was from 1947 to 1955, played 113 competitive games and scored 786 points. In all nine seasons with the Red Star became nine consecutive times champion of Yugoslavia.
