Yang Xiuqiong, also Yeung Sau-king, Yang Hsiu-chiung and Yvonne Tan (simplified Chinese: 杨秀琼; traditional Chinese: 楊秀瓊; 25 April 1919 – 10 October 1982) was a Chinese swimmer. She was born in Hong Kong and later moved to Shanghai. She competed in two events -- 100-metre freestyle and 100-metre backstroke -- at the 1936 Summer Olympics. She later returned to Hong Kong and founded a lifeguard society. She moved to Vancouver in 1978 but died after falling from a ladder at her home .
